Hotel Erwin is open. Our hours for our food and beverage outlets, including High Rooftop Lounge and Venice Way Pizza are updated as we adjust to the current mandates. While doing so, we are rolling out new menus, presentation, style of service with items that will rotate based on seasonality and availability. We are shifting our former lobby level diner into a community and guest marketplace, soon to debut as Erwin's General. As we navigate the new 'us' please be sure to check back for hours of operation and menu adjustments. 

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are committed to taking additional steps to follow the latest sanitary recommendations on hygiene and cleaning from ongoing staff training and cleaning product protocols to increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces.

We are putting a tremendous effort into our existing policies and developing new health and safety standards based on the most effective health safety practices available and, just as important, are being clear and transparent to our guests around these efforts. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a completely unprecedented crisis we, as a hospitality industry, have had to face before. There is no "how-to manual", however in conjunction with the commercial cleaning experts at Ecolab and following the advice of trusted Public Health Officials, we are creating a cleanliness and sanitation protocol,  the to stay ahead of the curve and come out the other end of it as a team with our values and execution of new standards intact. We are proudly California Hotel Lodging Association Clean + Safe Certified as of April 2020. 

Upon arrival all guests can expect the adjustments as detailed in our welcome note from our General Manager, along with our continued commitment to cleanliness.

We are waiving cancellation fees for all reservations not traveling on a group rate for stays through December 31, 2020. This is applicable to existing and new reservations. If you’ve reserved a non-refundable rate prior to March 13, 2020, we will accommodate date changes for up to 12 months from date of reservation. Any guests who are unable to fulfill their travel plans due to recent travel bans will be fully refunded or may rebook their reservations for a later date. If you reserved your stay using an online booking platform, please contact the site / platform directly for modifications or cancellations. THANK YOU!

Great Service!

Hip but Friendly, Awesome Location, Great Value

Over the years, I have been fortunate to stay in more than 30 top hotels in the Los Angeles area. I was skeptical when I saw the Hotel Erwin’s ranking as higher than the Four Seasons, Peninsula and other 5 star properties. After spending an awesome weekend at the Erwin, I checked out a believer. It’s a great blend of location, service and value that makes it difficult to beat.
