For a trip to LA, you can fly into LAX, Bob Hope Airport (Burbank), or Long Beach Airport.
From LAX:
- Taxi or Ride-Share: Head to the designated pickup area outside your terminal. Provide the driver with Hotel Erwin’s address: 1697 Pacific Ave, Venice, CA 90291. The drive takes 20-30 minutes.
- Public Transportation: Take the LAX FlyAway Bus to Union Station. From there, take the Metro Expo Line towards Santa Monica. At the Downtown Santa Monica Station, transfer to Bus 733 towards Venice. Get off at the Pacific Ave/Venice Blvd stop and walk to the hotel.
From Bob Hope Airport (Burbank):
- Taxi or Ride-Share: Head to the pickup area outside the terminal. Provide the driver with Hotel Erwin’s address: 1697 Pacific Ave, Venice, CA 90291. The drive takes about 45-60 minutes.
- Public Transportation: Take the Burbank Bus to the Metro North Hollywood Station. Transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Union Station, then switch to the Expo Line towards Santa Monica at Union Station. At the Downtown Santa Monica Station, transfer to Bus 733 towards Venice. Get off at the Pacific Ave/Venice Blvd stop and walk to the hotel.
From Long Beach Airport:
- Taxi or Ride-Share: Go to the pickup area outside the terminal. Provide the driver with Hotel Erwin’s address: 1697 Pacific Ave, Venice, CA 90291. The drive takes about 30-45 minutes.
- Public Transportation: Take the Long Beach Transit Bus 111 to the Metro Blue Line at the Long Beach Transit Gallery. Take the Blue Line towards Washington Station, transfer to the Metro Expo Line towards Santa Monica at the Washington Station. At the Downtown Santa Monica Station, transfer to Bus 733 towards Venice. Get off at the Pacific Ave/Venice Blvd stop and walk to the hotel.
Travelers heading to Hotel Erwin can use several freeways for convenient access. The 405 Freeway is a major route from the south, connecting to the 10 Freeway, which leads directly to the neighborhood. Alternatively, the 101 Freeway offers access through downtown LA, connecting to the 10 Freeway towards the hotel. For those coming from the east, the 10 Freeway will take you straight to the area. All options provide straightforward routes to the hotel’s location in Venice Beach.
